Location: Minneapolis, MN
Schedule: Full Time, Monday to Friday
FLSA Status: Exempt
Salary Range: $85,000 -$92,000 annually, based on experience

Grace Hospice is looking for a Clinical EMR Specialist, RN who enjoys technology, problem-solving, and finding better ways to work. This role is ideal for a nurse who understands clinical workflows and is excited to make an impact through EMR optimization, data, training, compliance, and technology.

What You’ll Do

Serve as a clinical and functional EMR expert.
Improve workflows, documentation, and system efficiency.
Troubleshoot complex EMR issues and recommend solutions.
Develop reports, dashboards, audits, and analytics.
Support documentation quality, HIPAA, and compliance efforts.
Train and support clinical and administrative teams.
Partner with leaders and vendors on EMR improvements.
Explore AI, automation, and emerging technologies that support smarter operations.

What We’re Looking For

Current RN license required.
2+ years of healthcare software or EMR experience preferred.
MatrixCare experience preferred.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Comfortable with technology, data, and process improvement.
Organized, collaborative, proactive, and eager to help others succeed.
